94. Al-Sharh/The Expansion

I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah

The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.

94:01
a. O The Prophet!
b. Have WE not opened up your heart,

94:02
a. and relieved you of your burden,

94:03
a. which had weighed heavily upon your back/mind?

94:04
a. And WE elevated the mention of your name in eminence and fame.

94:05
a. And so it is that with every hardship, indeed, there would always be ease/relief;

94:06
a. with every hardship, indeed, there would always be ease/relief.

94:07
a. So when you get free from routine work,
b. turn to devotion and exert yourself in worship,

94:08
a. and turn towards your Rabb - The Lord in awe and humbleness,
and let HIM be your quest!
